Return Policy

At Maison Pilates, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. If you wish to return an item, please review the guidelines below carefully.

Eligibility & Conditions

• Returns are applicable for clothing items only.
• Returns are valid for Singapore orders only. Orders shipped outside Singapore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• For hygiene reasons, socks and intimate items are strictly non-returnable, unless they are incorrect or faulty.
• Your return must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

We regret to inform you that we will strictly reject items with:

• Any stains (including make-up or deodorant stains)
• Pet fur
• Signs of wear or washing

Returns are not valid for items purchased under Sale or Clearance.

Return Options

1. Pick-Up Return

A flat fee of RM8 will be charged for parcel collection. This fee is payable to Sunday Pilates Club prior to arranging the pick-up.

If you would like to proceed with a pick-up return, please email us at hello@shopmaisonpilates.com, and our team will guide you through the payment and return process.

2. Drop-Off Return (Free)

You may return your parcel free of charge by dropping it off at our warehouse:

Kindly email us prior to your visit so we can provide the necessary return instructions and ensure a smooth process.

Refund Policy

Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
